The Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR) plan required by New York has been submitted by Cuba – Rushford District for the upcoming school year. The APPR committee will continue to meet during the fall to delineate areas in the plan that could be simplified and to add/alter some Appendixes to better increase the conversations between teachers and principals.
The APPR document is intended to build greater accountability for teachers and administrators. The districts goal is to improve students career and college readiness by maintaining and refining our high level professional practices.
