4th Grade Music

   All fourth graders are working hard in preparation for our:

Annual Spring Concert

Monday May 12, 2014

7 pm

  All 4th graders will participate, playing a song on recorder.  We have been practicing note reading, correct fingering, tone production and musical deportment and hope that you can come and enjoy the students accomplishments!

 This year we continue to work on sight singing skills, note reading, and instrument playing.  We also spend time playing African drums!  Students have learned to read rhythms from a whole note to 8th notes!
