  • Second Grade Music

      It's been a busy year so far in second grade music.  We had a very successful Christmas concert in December!  We also performed in our monthly character education assemblies.  Our most recent performance was the song "Be Responsible."

      We have continued our music skills and can sight sing the notes Do, re, mi, sol and la.  we have also been working hard on rhythm reading and can play drumming patterns using quarter notes, eighth notes, half notes, and quarter rests. 

      We have learned many songs this year, especially patriotic songs that we sing each month in our character education assemblies.
