    How to find all the possible rational roots, and the total number of roots for a polynomial (including repeating roots, complex roots, rational and irrational roots.)

    How to find all the roots given a factorable trinomial such as

    y = x4 + 6x2 - 7     = (x2+7)(x2-1)  (you can finish from here...)
