Community Eligibility Provisions form
Cuba Rushford parents and guardians, the deadline for the Community Eligibility Provisions form sent out for students to continue to receive free lunches is due no later than September 29, please be sure to return them to school with your child. This is imperative for them to receive breakfast and lunch at no cost.
